decree-holder

The party in whose favour the court has ruled — the winner, now armed with a decree they can enforce.

🏆 The person who may execute the decree

Bare Act — Section 2(3), CPC 1908

“decree-holder” means any person in whose favour a decree has been passed or an order capable of execution has been made.
