Supreme Court of India
The final court and guardian of the Constitution — original, appellate & advisory jurisdiction. Its law binds every court (Art. 141).
State Level
High Courts
The highest court of a State or group of States — wide writ jurisdiction (Art. 226) plus appellate, original & supervisory powers over courts below.
District Level
District & Subordinate Courts
